Check in and out: Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is by 11:00 am. We are flexible on these times and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Rates for canines: $10 added to room fee. Prior to departure, we inspect rooms and charges will be added if any damage has been done.
Cancellation Policy:
All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to CT tax. A credit card or 50% deposit is required to hold the room. Some rooms are large enough to accommodate a third person at a cost of $35 per night. If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us within 7 days. All UConn events, holidays, and some special packages require a 21-day cancellation notice.
NOTE: We regret that we must bill the full amount of the room if we are not notified of your cancellation. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to personal emergencies or weather-related transportation issues.
Restrictions: We regret that we do not have the facilities to accommodate children under the age of 13; please ask about our pet policy.
For the comfort of our guests and the preservation of this historic property, we do not permit smoking in any of the guest rooms or common areas.
A two-night minimum is required on U Conn event weekends and all weekends from September 15 through October 31. If a single night is requested during these dates, there will be a 20% surcharge for any single night stay. This surcharge also applies to single-night stays for all major holidays.
