Need a break from the winter blues at a reduced rate?
Every Thursday through Sunday, recieve $30.00 off each night with a minimum 2 night stay*. Full country breakfast included with champagne on Sunday, a welcome basket in room and a complimentary evening cordial served hearthside in our Keeping Room or in your room by firelight.
Special runs January 4th through March 1st...(FEB.12-15 not included in special)
For one night stays, recieve $15.00 off room rate, depending upon availability*.

Extend any 1 night package to 2 nights from Nov. 1 to June 30 and get 10% off the second night's accommodation! Please check availability of packages on major holidays.
Begin your new life together amidst the charm of this pre-revolutionary homestead.
Beginning January 2009, The Daniel Rust House will be available for your intimate wedding or commitment ceremony.
Due to the historic nature and size of our home, attendance must be 25 or less.
You can have your ceremony performed in front of our 1748 hearth ablaze with a roaring fire...or if warmer weather is your preference, choose a site that you like on our 2 acres...under the apple trees, in our St. Francis garden...where your canine family members can be in attendance (how cool is that?)...or under our huge sugar Maple by the patio.
Let your imagination soar...perhaps a ceremony in colonial garb? A BBQ on the grounds? An afternoon tea? Maybe a picnic by the orchard? We will work with your caterer to help meet your dreams.
Sleeping accommodations for 8 are available..(2 more can be added for a triple occupancy in 2 of our larger rooms if needed).
We will serve a full country breakfast with champagne for your overnight guests.
Bridal room recieves a bottle of champagne along with a fruit/cheese platter.
RATES & CANCELLATION POLICY:
$100.00 per hour for use of property. All rooms are our normal rates.
50% deposit upon booking with a 3 week cancellation policy (4 weeks if event is to take place on any major holiday).
Cancellation of less than 3-4 weeks results in a full room charge to be taken out of deposit or charged to credit card depending upon fees due.
Ladies Spa Weekend
Gather your best girlfriends, sisters, aunts, moms and cousins for a luxuriously indulgent weekend.
Come be rejuvinated amongst the splendor and warmth of a true colonial home.
Arrive Friday for a relaxing evening settling into your room. Cordials will be served in the Keeping Room.
Saturday morning awake to the aroma of a full country breakfast (that you don't have to cook!) served at 9a.m.
Facials will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Avalon Aromatherapy & Herbal Apothecary, located at 1209 Main St. Coventry (approx. 1.3 miles from the B &B).
You can relax at the B&B until your appointment or stroll our historic village and visit our local shops.
Upon your return to the house, a buffet dinner will be served beginning 5:30 pm.
Full, one hour, in-house massages will begin at 6 p.m. (fireside in the cooler months!)
After your massage, enjoy good conversation hearthside while indulging in dessert!!
Spoil yourself with a lazy Sunday morning with a champagne breakfast being served at 10 a.m.
Christine of Avalon will begin personalized makeup sessions at noon, here at the B&B, so you will be refreshed and ready to wow the world upon your departure.
This package requires a 2 week (or more) advance booking and no less than 6 people. (double occupancy means 2 per room)
Rates: $420.00-$500.00 depending upon room. Based on double occupancy.
Sorry, but due to having to book outside contractors, this package is non-refundable once your weekend is booked.
In case of inclement weather, the contractors fee's must be paid, but we will gladly re-schedule the event for another weekend at which time, only the contractors fees would be charged.
Romance Package
Arrive to an arrangement of fresh flowers,champagne and a cheese/fruit
platter. Relax in front of the fire or enjoy our gardens. Then
a short drive to The Altnaveigh Inn in Storrs, for fine dining
for two.
After a restful night's sleep in one of our period decorated
rooms, you will awake to the aroma of a full country breakfast.
Includes: One night,double occupancy with full breakfast,flowers,champagne
and a $50.00 gift certificate towards dinner at The Altnaveigh
Inn.
Starting from $250.00 per couple plus tax depending upon room.
Dinner & A Movie
Spend an evening the old fashioned way with dinner and a movie!
Includes dinner for two at Coventry's historic Bidwell Tavern,
known for it's vast array of beers on tap, but also offers a complete
dinner menu. After dinner, drive just 3 miles to the
Mansfield Drive-In Theater and enjoy the only drive-in theater
left in Eastern Connecticut. A full country breakfast will
be waiting for you after you spend a comfortable night in one
of our historic rooms. After check-out, you can travel back
to the Drive-In where they have a flea market on Sunday mornings
(entrance fee not included.)
Includes one night, double occupancy with full country breakfast,
$50 coupon for dinner for two at Bidwell Tavern, and 2 tickets
to the Drive-In movie. Available from April 1st to The
Last Weekend in September only.
Starting from $200 per couple, plus tax, for one night, depending
on room.
Senior Week Day Special
If you are retired and loving the traveling life, we have the
place to stay at the right price. All year , our room rates have
a 15% senior discount for any stay Monday through Thursday. And
if you bring your dog...and he/she's over 7 yrs. old we will
give
them the same discount! Sorry, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New
Year's Eve is excluded from weekday specials.
UCONN Student Package
Make the end of semester easier. Come stay at The Daniel Rust
House the night before your student readies to return to the
nest!
After your busy day of collecting their belongings, treat yourselves
to dinner at Dimitri's Restaurant, right here in Coventry,with
a $30.00 gift certificate towards your meal. Then return to the
B&B for dessert by the hearth. A full country breakfast will
be served in the morning to start your day. Students welcomed
to join you for breakfast at no charge.
Starting at $165. double occupancy,plus tax..depending upon
room.
For those who are returning next semester, we offer a RETURN
PACKAGE. A one night stay, where upon check-in, you will recieve
a $25. gift card towards your students collegiate needs. All
students welcomed back for next day breakfast at no charge.
Starting at $155. double occupancy,plus tax, depending upon

MAKE BIRTHDAY MEMORIES
Package 1
Treat your special someone to a birthday getaway.
Upon arrival, there will be a cheese and fruit platter with
a bottle of wine to greet you.
We can recommend a local restaurant for dinner but do return
to the B&B where your home made birthday dessert will be
served!
Depending upon your birthday month, dessert will be served fireside,
on the patio or grounds or in your room if you prefer.
A full country breakfast will be served with champagne or Bloody
Mary's.
Rates: $160.-$225.00 double occupancy, depending upon room.
Package 2
Include friends and/or family in your celebration (3 more rooms
available at double occupancy) and we will decorate and host
your dessert party.
Room rates same as package 1.
If your friends/family are local and do not need to sleep over,
invite them to join you for the dessert party at $15.00 per person.
(Limit up to 10 people) Per person fee applied directly to your
account.
Dessert party includes: homemade cake/treats...coffee/tea...dessert
wine...decorations.
